Administration provides accountability and oversight of several Division areas including billing, facilities management, financial reporting, rates and the K-12 eRate program. This section, comprised of the Communications, E-Rate, Facilities Management, Finance, Financial/Cost Accounting and Human Resources and Training teams, is lead by Deputy Division Director Barbara Teusink.

The Chief Technology Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of several key Division areas including 1) Network Services and Disaster Recovery, 2) Print, Mail and Operations, 3) Shared Services (Data Center) and the 4) Statewide Security office. This area is led by the Chief Technology Officer.

Customer Service provides internal and external customers with a single point of contact into State IT to manage customer requirements, orders and troubles. This area, comprised of the Computer Operations, Quality Assurance/Customer Care and Service Center teams, is lead by Deputy Division Director Nathan Hogue.

Policy and Planning provides accountability and oversight of DSIT's IT Planning team. Deputy Director Doug Drenning leads this segment of DSIT.

South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) is responsible for the development, implementation and management of this highly automated enterprise information system which provides common software bringing virtually all State agencies, commissions and boards onto a single business information system. SCEIS is led by Deputy Division Director Cassandra Alston.
