Customer Services
The Division of State Information Technology (DSIT) welcomes interaction from you, our customer, and offers a single point of contact for your convenience. Through an automated call attendant, you will be given immediate access to DSIT staff working in our IT Services and Support Service Center who are eager to be of assistance to you.
The Service Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days per week and 365 days per year, including State holidays, to serve your problem resolution needs.
